Why we don't accept size or preference returns
Every item in Collection 001 is made to order specifically for you the moment you purchase it — nothing is pre-made or held in inventory. Because of this, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or change of mind.
Before you order
If you're unsure of your size or between sizes, ask us before you buy — we'll send you the exact measurements for the garment so you can get it right the first time.
What is covered
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, that's on us — see our Refund Policy for how we make it right.
