What if it doesn't fit?
Check the size chart before ordering — because everything's made to order, we're not able to accept exchanges for sizing, but if something arrives wrong for any reason, reach out and we'll make it right.
How long until it ships?
2-5 business days to produce, then 5-10 business days to arrive domestically. You'll get tracking info by email the moment it leaves production.
Is this a real product I can hold, or a print-on-demand item?
It's made to order specifically for you once you buy it — that's what lets us offer this many designs without warehousing inventory we're not sure will sell. Made to order, not sitting in a warehouse — less waste, and always a fresh print.
What are the shirts made of?
100% combed ring-spun cotton, mid-weight, printed to order using direct-to-garment printing for a soft hand-feel that won't crack or peel. Cold wash, hang dry — it'll last longer, and so will the print.
Do you ship internationally?
Domestic shipping is fully supported today. International availability is being evaluated — check back or ask us directly if you're outside the US.
What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Full details on our Refund Policy page.
