What if it doesn't fit?
Because everything's made to order, we're not able to accept exchanges for sizing. If you're unsure of your size, ask us before you order and we'll get you measurements for the exact garment. If something arrives wrong for any reason, reach out and we'll make it right.
How long until it ships?
2-5 business days to produce, then 5-10 business days to arrive domestically. You'll receive tracking information by email once it leaves production.
Is this a real product I can hold, or a print-on-demand item?
It's made to order specifically for you once you buy it — that's what lets us offer this many designs without warehousing inventory we're not sure will sell. Made to order, not sitting in a warehouse — less waste, and always a fresh print.
What are the shirts made of?
Full fabric and care details are listed on each product's page at checkout. If you'd like the exact composition or garment specs before ordering, ask us and we'll send them over. As a general rule: cold wash, hang dry — it'll last longer, and so will the print.
Do you ship internationally?
Domestic shipping is fully supported today. International availability is being evaluated — check back or ask us directly if you're outside the US.
What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Full details on our Refund Policy page.
